399w — Platform Terms and Conditions of Use

By accessing the 399w platform, creating a user account, or using any of the available services — including Sports Betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and other products — you confirm that you have read and fully agree to these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy and with the rules of Responsible Gambling of 399w.

By completing your registration on the platform, you automatically agree to these Terms. No physical signature is required — clicking the registration confirmation button and continuing to use the platform constitute formal, binding acceptance.

These Terms apply to all platform users, regardless of how they access it — via desktop browser, mobile device (Android or iOS), or any other device compatible with the 399w platform.

To register and use the 399w platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age of age as of the date of registration.
• Be resident in Brazil with a valid CPF (Cadastro de Pessoas Físicas) registered and active with the Receita Federal.
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration.
• Not appearing on any voluntary self-exclusion list for betting platforms.
• Not have had an account closed for Terms violations on any platform within the same operational group as 399w.

The registration process requires the following information: full name as it appears on your CPF, CPF number, date of birth, a valid email address, and an active Brazilian phone number. 399w verifies the age eligibility of all registrations and may request additional documents at any time to confirm the user's identity.

You are responsible for keeping your registration information current. Any changes to your email, phone number, or address must be updated in your account right away. 399w is not liable for any losses resulting from outdated information provided by the user.

Each CPF may only have an active account on the 399w platform. Creating multiple accounts under the same user — regardless of the stated reason — is considered a serious violation of these Terms and results in the immediate blocking of all accounts linked to the same CPF, cancellation of active bonuses, and review of pending withdrawals.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials (email and password) confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. 399w will never ask for your password by email, phone, or chat. Any activity carried out using your credentials is considered your responsibility — except in cases of proven security breach reported immediately to support.

• Use a strong password with letters, numbers, and special characters.
• Do not access your account on public Wi-Fi networks without VPN protection.
• Enable two-factor authentication when available.
• Report any suspected unauthorized access to support immediately.

399w may temporarily suspend or close an account to carry out security checks, meet regulatory obligations, or investigate suspicious activity. In these cases, the user's real balance is preserved and will be released once the verification is complete.

All transactions on the 399w platform are conducted exclusively in Brazilian reais (BRL). No currency exchange, conversion, or fees are charged by 399w on deposits or withdrawals.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is R$ 20.00. The deposit methods accepted by 399w are:

• Pix — instant processing, available 24 hours a day.
• Boleto bancário — credited within 1 business day after payment.
• Credit or debit card — Visa, Mastercard, and Elo accepted.
• PicPay — digital wallet, processed in up to 30 minutes.
• Mercado Pago — digital wallet, processed in up to 30 minutes.
• TED Transfer — via Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and other Brazilian banks.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 30.00. Withdrawals are processed exclusively via Pix, to the Pix key registered on the user's account. Processing takes up to 5 minutes, available 24 hours a day, including weekends and holidays.

Withdrawals can only be made to bank accounts or Pix keys registered under the same CPF as the 399w account holder. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted. Any withdrawal attempt to a different CPF will be blocked and subject to a money laundering investigation under Brazilian law.

399w reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving withdrawals above R$ 10,000.00 as part of the financial compliance obligations required by Brazilian industry regulations.

All bets placed on the 399w platform are binding upon confirmation in the bet slip. Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled by the user, except when the cashout feature is available for that specific event.

Valid bets: A bet is considered valid when the required balance is available in the account at the time of confirmation, the selected odds are active, and the event has not yet started (except for live bets). 399w reserves the right to cancel bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical or system error — in such cases, the full bet amount is returned to the user's balance.

Live betting: Bets on events already in progress follow rules specific to each sport. 399w may temporarily suspend live markets during critical moments of an event (goals, knockdowns in fights, etc.) to adjust odds. Bets placed during this suspension period are automatically rejected and will not deduct from your balance.

Cancelled or postponed events:

• Bets on events canceled before they start are refunded in full to your balance.
• Events postponed by more than 24 hours: bets fully refunded.
• Events postponed by less than 24 hours: bets remain active and are settled on the final result.
• Interrupted events with insufficient outcome for settlement: bets refunded.

Results: 399w uses official sources from sports organizations and governing bodies to settle results. Third-party or unofficial sources are not taken into account. In the event of a discrepancy between sources, 399w will await official confirmation before settling bets.

399w offers different types of bonuses and promotions for new and returning users. Each promotion has specific terms available on the Promotions. The general rules that apply to all bonuses are:

Welcome Bonus: Available to new users only, on the first deposit. The bonus matches 100% of the deposited amount, up to the maximum value set in the current promotion. The bonus is credited automatically after deposit confirmation — no promo code required.

• Rollover: 5x the bonus amount. Example: received R$ 200.00 in bonus → you need to wager R$ 1,000.00 in qualifying bets before you can withdraw the bonus balance.
• Minimum odds: Bets contributing to the rollover must have minimum odds of 1.40 per selection on single bets, or minimum odds of 1.40 per selection on each leg of accumulator bets.
• Validity: 30 days from the date the bonus is received. Any unused bonus balance after this period is removed automatically.
• Valid markets: All Sports Betting wagers with odds above the minimum threshold are valid. Live Casino and slots bets may have reduced contribution — check the specific terms of each promotion.

VIP Cashback: VIP Program members receive automatic weekly cashback, calculated on net losses from the previous week (Monday to Sunday). Cashback is credited every Monday and is valid for 7 days. The percentage varies according to the user's VIP level. Check the VIP Program for updated percentages.

Accumulator Bonus: Accumulators with 3 or more selections receive an additional percentage on top of the return, applied automatically. The percentage increases with the number of selections. Each selection must have minimum odds of 1.40. The accumulator bonus does not stack with other bonuses on the same bet.

399w reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end any promotion at any time, with 48 hours' prior notice published on the platform. Bonuses already active at the time of the change remain valid under the original conditions until they expire.

399w treats responsible gambling as a real obligation, not just fine print. The platform provides the following self-control tools, accessible directly in your account settings:

• Daily deposit limit: sets the maximum amount that can be deposited within 24 hours.
• Weekly deposit limit: sets the maximum amount that can be deposited within a 7-day period.
• Session time limit: sets the maximum continuous usage time on the platform before a mandatory break.
• Temporary break: locks account access for a set period (1 day, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days).
• Permanent self-exclusion: permanently closes access to the platform. This action cannot be reversed.

The platform is exclusively for users aged 18 and over. 399w cooperates with voluntary self-exclusion programs and with authorities responsible for protecting vulnerable individuals. The 399w platform must be used honestly, individually, and in accordance with these Terms. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and subject to immediate account suspension and balance retention:

• Creating more than one account under the same CPF or in someone else's name.
• Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence, or any technical means to place bets automatically.
• Placing bets using privileged or non-public information about sporting events.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal activity under Brazilian law.
• Attempting to exploit bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the platform for personal gain.
• Using another person's account to place bets, even with the account holder's permission.
• Attempting to circumvent responsible gambling tools or established account limits.

399w continuously monitors unusual usage patterns and may request clarification from the user before taking any action. In confirmed cases of violation, the real balance remains protected and available for withdrawal once the investigation is complete, except where illegal activity is involved.

You can request account closure at any time through 399w support. Voluntary closure is processed as follows:

• The available real balance is returned via Pix to the registered key, after deduction of any pending bets.
• Bonus balances are not refunded upon voluntary account closure.
• Live bets in progress are settled normally before the event closes.
• After closure, the CPF is blocked from creating a new account for 30 days — except in cases of permanent self-exclusion, which does not allow re-registration.

399w may close an account for violation of these Terms. In that case, the user is notified by email and has 5 business days to contest the decision before permanent closure. During this period, account access remains blocked but the real balance is preserved.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Brazilian law, in particular the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990), the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018), and the applicable regulations governing Sports Betting in Brazil.

Any disputes between the user and 399w that cannot be resolved through support will be submitted to the court of the user's place of residence in Brazil, as guaranteed by the Consumer Protection Code. 399w encourages all disputes to be resolved through support first, before any judicial or arbitration proceedings.

399w may update these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changes in Brazilian law, regulatory updates in the betting industry, or platform improvements. All relevant changes will be communicated by email and platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, close your account before the effective date and withdraw your available balance.
